Team Activate prides itself in working with the most hesitant of participants, gently nurturing them, allowing their creativity and imagination to blossom

 
The only pre-requisite for all participants is a positive attitude, suitable clothing and footwear

At the end of the workshops it is not uncommon for all participants to express the feeling of being ‘pleasantly exhilarated ’ and a ’ tad knackered ’ or words to that effect !
